The Godzilla statue is located at the Hotel Gracery in Shinjuku. The Godzilla statue sits on a balcony on the 8th floor of the hotel and is visible from the street. Below the hotel is the Toho movie theater which the Godzilla statue pays tribute to.

If you are staying at the hotel you can go out onto the balcony and get close to the statue. The Statue also blows smoke and fire on a set schedule that can be seen from the street. The Hotel has a few Godzilla view rooms and Godzilla themed rooms that you can book.

When to go

The head is visible from the street 24 hours a day. The Lounge/balcony is accessible per hotel hours if you are a guest. The head roars and belts smoke and fire hourly from 12 PM to 8PM hourly. For filming it is better to go later at night when it is darker.

What is Nearby?

Shinjuku and Shibuya are close. The Statue is about 10 minutes from Shinjuku Stations.

The Godzilla Statue is located at the Hotel Gracery in Shinjuku. It is an easy walk from Shinjuku Station.
