The Bald Traveler Walks – Little Italy to the Gaslamp Quarter

This is the first in our series of walks in various cities to see what the area is like. In this walk we go from the Little Italy sign to the Gaslamp Sign in San Diego in August 2020 during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
We shot this at night after eating in Little Italy and then heading back to our condo in the Gaslamp Quarter. As you can see in the video there are a lot of people enjoying the night and getting some food or socializing at clubs while still distancing themselves. The restaurants do a good job at keeping the tables separated and the shops are open and available.
This was shot during the Covid-19 pandemic in August of 2020 during our Pandemic Getaway trip. We practiced Social Distancing and maintained our distance and wore masks throughout the trip and this walk.

I shot this on my DJI Osmo Pocket with the extension rod. For sound I’m using a Tascam DR-40X.
